One of the downsides to living in the country is that pizza delivery is not an option. Let’s be honest no one delivers in the country. But recipes like this make getting dinner on the table easy!

Pizza Biscuit Casserole

The crust of this pizza is made using biscuits, we prefer the Pillsbury’s frozen buttermilk biscuits that come in a bag over the canned biscuits. For some reason the canned ones always taste sweet to us. But, feel free to use whatever your family likes! I usually pull the frozen biscuits out 20-30 minutes before I need them so they can thaw.

You can also customize the toppings for this pizza based on personal preferences and if you household is like ours you can make it half one set of toppings and half another!
