Fiesta Ranch Crackers are the perfect, easy snack recipe.
The recipe for Fiesta Ranch Crackers came from a very good friend of the family who’s husband helps us on the farm. We call these, “Beer Drinking Crackers” and we often have them when we are camping. They would be the perfect snack for card night or while watching the game!
Fiesta Ranch Crackers
These crackers are easy to make and get their name from the Fiesta Ranch Packet that you use at part of the seasoning.
This recipes is simple and a great one for the kids to help with. Start by mixing all the ingredients in a liquid measuring cup. Place the crackers in a large bowl or jug (it will need to be large enough to toss the crackers in the seasoning) and pour the seasoning mixture over top. Toss or turn the jug to evenly coat the crackers, this part is great to get kids involved! Just make sure they aren’t too rough and break the crackers (speaking from experience, ha!).
Once the crackers are evenly coated let them stand (either in the bowl or on a cookie sheet) for about 1 hour before serving.
These crackers have a little bit of a kick. If you would like to make them spicier add more crushed red pepper flakes. If you would like to cut back the heat you can use a regular ranch packet instead of the fiesta and omit the crushed red pepper flakes.
