The best! I remember my mom making this dish often for our family of six . We lived in Columbus, Ohio then and everyone loved this

  2. A regular recipe in our house; cheap, quick and easy, can throw in about any veggie that needs to be used up. My teenage kids love it. My wife makes it from memory using the recipe her Grandma taught her, but I think its pretty much the same as yours. I have four teenage boys, so double the size and use two casseroles dishes. I used a tomato soup/sauce mix and it worked well.
