This Easy Chili Mac is a one pot meal that the whole family will love, that is made with ground beef, chili beans, macaroni and topped with cheese!

Easy Chili Mac

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef browned and drained
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 15 oz can chili ready diced tomatoes
  • 1 16 oz can chili beans (I use Bush's)
  • 1 46 oz can tomato Juice
  • 1 6 oz can tomato paste
  • Chili powder to taste I use 1 Tablespoon
  • Cumin I use about 1/8-1/4 a teaspoon
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 + 1/2 cup macaroni noodles
  • garnish: crackers sour cream and or shredded cheese

Instructions

  • In a large skillet brown the ground beef until no longer pink; drain.
  • Add the onion and minced garlic and saute until onions are translucent.
  • Add the diced tomatoes and let simmer for a couple minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients (except pasta) and cook on low for 30 minutes.
  • Add noodles and cook for 10 minutes longer before serving.
