Corn Pudding Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz. can whole corn, drained
  • 1 14.75 oz. can creamed corn
  • 8 1/2 oz corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoon sugar optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients until blended.
  • Pour into a 2 quart baking dish.
  • Bake 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees or until done. Middle should be set and not jiggle.
