Salisbury Steak and Gravy Meatballs
A great twist on and old favorite. Salisbury Steak and Gravy Meatballs is comfort food at it's finest. This recipe is sure to be a family favorite!
- I pound ground beef
- 14 saltine crackers
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- Gravy:
- 1 12 oz. jar Heinz Brown Gravy
- 2-3 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 2-3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Pepper to taste
Crush crackers in a medium size bowl.
Add, hamburger, minced onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper and knead until combined.
Use a medium size (about 2 Tablespoons) cookie scoop to portion out the meatballs.
Place in a 9 x 13 pan.
Make the gravy by miking together all the gravy ingredients in a medium size bowl.
Pour gravy over meatballs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
