Salisbury Steak and Gravy Meatballs

A great twist on and old favorite. Salisbury Steak and Gravy Meatballs is comfort food at it's finest. This recipe is sure to be a family favorite!

Ingredients

  • I pound ground beef
  • 14 saltine crackers
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Gravy:
  • 1 12 oz. jar Heinz Brown Gravy
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Ketchup
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Crush crackers in a medium size bowl.
  • Add, hamburger, minced onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper and knead until combined.
  • Use a medium size (about 2 Tablespoons) cookie scoop to portion out the meatballs.
  • Place in a 9 x 13 pan.
  • Make the gravy by miking together all the gravy ingredients in a medium size bowl.
  • Pour gravy over meatballs.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
  • Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
