Johnny Marzetti Casserole
Johnny Marzetti Casserole is a baked dish that includes ground beef, noodles, tomato sauce and cheese. A family favorite!

Ingredients
- 1 large Onion finely chopped
- 2 lbs Ground beef
- 1 16. oz box Elbow macaroni
- 3 8 oz cans Tomato sauce
- 1 lb Shredded Cheddar cheese (4 cups)
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 4.5 oz can Sliced mushrooms (optional)
Instructions
- Saute onion and brown the hamburger; drain.
- Cook macaroni until tender, use directions on the back of the package.
- Combine all ingredients but save some cheese for the top.
- Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
