Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese with Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 16 ounce box dry macaroni, cooked al dente (about 6 mins) and drained
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Velveeta block cheese cubed
  • 2 - 1/2 cups other cheese - any combination you like I used Muenster, Havarti and Monterrey Jack
  • 1 stick of butter melted
  • 1 16 ounce package cubed ham
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place the cooked macaroni in a 5 or 6 quart crock pot.
  • Pour remaining ingredients over the macaroni.
  • Cook on low for 3-4 hours or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
