Veggie Tortilla Roll Ups

  • 1 8 oz. cream cheese block, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup finely chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup finely chopped cauliflower
  • 1 cup finely chopped carrots
  • 1 package large 10-inch tortillas room temperature


  • Combine the cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dressing mix and mix with electric mixer until blended.
  • Add the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and shredded cheese; and mix together.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortillas; thin layers work best.
  • Roll tortillas tightly placing seam down.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • Cut into 1/2 inch slices before serving.
