Slice smoked sausage in 1/4 inch medallions.
Brown slicked smoked sausage a couple minutes on each side in a large skillet over medium high heat, until slightly browned.
Drain grease.
Saute green peppers in same skillet until tender crisp.
Pour all ingredients into a crock pot and cook on high for 1-2 hours (low 3-4 hours) Stirring occasionally.
If the recipe is to sour add more brown sugar, too sweet add more vinegar.
Serve as an appetizer or with rice and noodles as a meal.
