Pour pudding mix into a medium size bowl, add milk and whisk until softly set, about 2 minutes.
Cream butter and cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
Add powdered sugar.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix again until blended.
Stir cream cheese mixture into pudding until thoroughly combined.
Gently fold frozen whipped topping into the mixture.
Spoon pudding into a 9x13 inch dish.
Top with crushed cookie crumbs
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving..
