Cream Cheese Icing

Cream cheese
softened

Butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the eggs, oil, pumpkin and sugar together with an electric mixer.
Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda and mix until blended.
Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until set in the middle.
For the icing, beat the cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer until fluffy.
Add the powdered sugar and mix on low speed.
Once the bars are cooled completely spread the icing over bars.
Notes
Store Pumpkin Bars in the refrigerator.
