Company Beef is an easy stew beef recipe that uses 5 ingredients and is made with ginger ale and onion soup packet and tastes great served over egg noodles.
- 1.5 lbs. stew beef
- 1 1 oz. envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. container fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)
- 1 cup ginger ale
- 1 8 oz, bag egg noodles
In a casserole dish with a lid, place the beef, onion soup mix, soup, mushrooms and ginger ale.
Bake covered at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
Cook egg noodles as directed on package, right before serving; drain
Serve meat over noodles.
