Ham and Cheese Quiche

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 cup Half & Half
  • 8 oz (or 1 cup) Chopped Ham
  • 1 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 9 inch pie crust

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl whisk the eggs and half & half, add the salt, pepper, and green onions.
  • Place the ham and cheese in the pie shell.
  • Pour egg mixture over ham and cheese.
  • ┬áBake at 425 for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 and bake 30 minutes.
