Sliced Zucchini Bread

Zucchini bread has always been one of my favorites. I remember making it with my mom growing up. We had a big garden and in the summer we would have more zucchini than we knew what to do with. The whole house would fill with the smell of cinnamon and nutmeg, yum!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: FOOD PROCESSOR

I use a food processor to grate the zucchini for this recipe. But you could also use a box grater or blender. The smaller the grate the better so you don’t notice the chunks of zucchini in the recipe.

  1. I am in the same boat as you, Liz. I planted a small container garden. It is OK and I am learning a lot. I don’t have the gardening touch that I remember having as a kid. Growing up we had a huge garden and it was so fun to work in it with my Mom. I am guessing Mom is the true green thumb and I a good helper.
