Ham and Cheese Quiche

Chopped Ham

Shredded Swiss Cheese

green onions
chopped

Instructions
In a medium bowl whisk the eggs and half & half, add the salt, pepper, and green onions.
Place the ham and cheese in the pie shell.
Pour egg mixture over ham and cheese.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 and bake 30 minutes.
