Glazed Turkey and Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1 1/2 lb. turkey tenderloin
  • 2 medium potatoes chopped
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes chopped
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1/2 medium onion chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place turkey tenderloin in a 9 x 13 pan.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add potatoes, green beans and cranberries.
  • pour chicken broth into pan.
  • sprinkle pan with minced garlic, onions and honey.
  • Cover with foil and cook 1 hour at 350 degrees or until done.
