This easy Ham, Potatoes and Green Beans is a classic, one skillet meal the whole family will enjoy!
I grew up with this meal, we had it at least once a week in the summer when the garden green beans were ready. We also made it with Smoked Sausage. We enjoy this meal in the winter too! It’s the perfect comfort food to warm you up! The star of this dish is the ham. I use cubed ham but this recipe can be made with leftover ham, here are some more Leftover Ham Recipes.
I have quite a few friends that are pig farmers and I am always amazed at the steps they take to care for their pigs all year but especially in the cold. Do you know the barns pigs are raised in are temperature controlled? They even have alarms that will alert the farmer if the temperature isn’t what it should be. Find out more about how pig farmers care for their pigs all winter long, here.

Just made. Can this be frozen?
Yes but the potatoes will get a little mushy. Enjoy!
