This easy Banana Bread recipe is oh so yummy, a family favorite!

This recipe comes from my grandma on my mother’s side.

I love to bake all year but there is just something about when the weather changes that has me in full on baking mood. I grew up making all kinds of cookies and baked goods around the holidays and my mom would always make mini banana bread loaves to include on our cookie trays. We would wrap them in foil and add curling ribbon, simple but festive! It’s a tradition I continue to this day! Everyone loves the gift of homemade goodies.

This is a wonderful recipe! I love its simplicity. I actually tweaked it just a smidgen by using Bob’s 1 to 1 gluten free flour because I’m allergic to wheat. Although I made this adjustment, the recipe still turned out wonderfully. 🙂
