Harvest Apple Salad – Gooseberry Patch # 9

Yay for apple season! We love apples in our house – sliced, dipped, sauced, baked, cinnamoned, caked and definitely pied!!
So, when I was looking through my Gooseberry Patch Homemade Harvest cookbook, I found some great apple recipes!
Here is a simple one:
Harvest Apple Salad
8 Fuji apples, chopped
32 oz. container plain yogurt
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. sweetened dried cranberries
Combine apples and yogurt; stir in almonds and cranberries. Blend well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Enjoy!
