Southwest Turkey Wraps make the perfect lunch for school or work. This recipe has a quick and delicious Southwest Sauce that makes it extra tasty!
I use to work at a bakery that served lunch that had a turkey sandwich that was served with a mayo/salsa mixture that I loved and where I got the inspiration for this recipe.
Back to school will be here before you know it and this recipe is perfect to pack in the lunchbox for school, work or the farm. During spring planting and fall harvesting I pack a lot of lunches and am always looking for something a little different than a lunch meat sandwich. These Southwest Turkey Wraps are always a hit and we also love the Roast Beef Roll Ups with Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese.
Southwest Turkey Wrap
Southwest flavored wraps give this recipe some extra flavor but you could make the sandwich on bread or a regular tortilla. Corn and black beans would also make a great addition. I love wrap recipes because you can customize each one based on what everyone likes.
Divide all the ingredients by 4 and layer them in a tortilla to make this recipe, easy peasy!
