Life can really throw some curve balls, can’t it? One day you’re following your busy but normal routine, and the next everything gets shaken up and life gets crazy. Getting meals on the table can be a real challenge during these times, which is why some of my blogger friends and I have put together this great Quick and Easy Meals Using Pantry Staples Roundup! Nothing is better than an easy meal that uses ingredients that I already have on hand and that my boys will actually eat!

If you see a recipe here that you want to try, but you don’t have the exact ingredients, don’t worry! Remember that it’s possible to substitute if you need to. For instance, if you don’t have fresh onions or garlic, use onion powder or garlic powder instead. You can substitute basically any cheese for any other cheese, ground beef for sausage or ground pork, and if you don’t have the exact type of pasta a recipe calls for, any other type of pasta will do. So, if you’ve got bow ties and the recipe calls for spaghetti, the bow ties will work just fine! If the recipe calls for a specific spice blend, such as taco seasoning or Italian Seasoning, you can Google the ingredients to make your own. Fresh ingredients can always be substituted with the canned or frozen alternative. Now for the recipes!
